Nottingham Forest confirm the signing of Ousmane Diomande on a four-year deal with the club holding an option for a further year.

The Côte d'Ivoire international, who featured in this summer’s FIFA World Cup for the Elephants, signs from Sporting CP after a successful three years in Portugal.

The imposing defender had a standout season for Sporting in 2024/25, playing 46 times in all competitions on the way to the team winning the domestic double and reaching the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League.
