One woman has died and a second has been taken to hospital following a stabbing in Shepherd's Bush, #London, this morning.

The Met Police said officers were called to reports of a stabbing at 8.19am at an address on Askew Road. Officers attended the scene with the London Ambulance Service.
Two women - aged 52 and 32 - were located with stab wounds, police said. Sadly the older woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other woman was taken to hospital where her injuries are being assessed.
A 48-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. He was taken to hospital as a precaution and later discharged into police custody where he remains.
Detective Inspector Richard MacKenzie, who is leading the investigation, said: “Our enquiries continue at pace as we work to establish the full circumstances of this deeply tragic incident.
Our thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the victim and injured woman.
