The body of an 11-year-old girl has been recovered from water near a woodland park in #Scotland.

Police were called to the #GoreGlen area near Gorebridge in Midlothian around midday yesterday following concerns for the girl.
The girl was found in the Gore Water near Shanks Bridge later in the afternoon and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death is now being treated as unexplained by officers and an investigation is ongoing.
