There have been threats in the past few months but largely ignored, this is the latest threat. It's bound to happen sometime.
Also the governments fear the Republicans and Loyalists getting together, which is bound to happen against the destruction of this Island.
Governments lust at a civil war so they can bring in more restrictive laws but that's only if they win.
